Our bodies are phenomenal. Not only do they perform an incredible amount of tasks in a short amount of time and simultaneously, they can also transform a lot of different elements into something else and of course – create lives.

So it should not be a surprise to anyone that when one wants to change or create anything in their lives their best ally, the most aware organism they can receive information from is the body.

Your body has no points of view of its own. It does not think this is better than that. But your body is extremely aware of the energetic vibrations of everything you are wanting to create, have or be.

For instance, if you want a new romantic partner, your body will let you know who is kind and caring.

If you want to expand your business, your body will let you know where to go, who to talk to, and what to wear to do so.

If you want to feel good, your body will tell you what movement to do.

If you want to meet new fun friends, your body will show you what activities will create such relationships.

Your body knows all of this. The question is, do you listen to it?

Most of us don’t. We tend to feel an intensity (call it pain, disease, discomfort) and we go to the conclusion that we are sick or there is a problem.

NOPE. That’s our body screaming what we have not been listening to.

Our bodies don’t scream right away. They start with whispers: a gentle sensation that feels like the wind or a nice touch is often the body answering a question as your are formulating it.

Here is three steps to start hearing the wisdom your body has for you:

1) Stop judging it. If you judge your body, everything it will tell you will come distorted.

2) Move with it. If you fall, knock objects or people, you are not moving with your body. Your mind has decided how to move and you are following your mind instead of your body. Trust your body. Start moving slowly and stop if the movement feels unnatural or difficult.

3) Know that your body is master than you. If you get a sensation, ask your body what it is trying to tell you. By the time you have asked the question, you will know cognitively what it is. Trust the first image, the first thought, the first impulse that comes.
