If I start taking an account of everything that I have experienced in my life so far, it’s pretty amazing. I have attended one of the top film schools in the world, I have had houses given to me, I worked with some of my childhood idols, just to name a few.

Yeah, my life is pretty amazing and every day I remind myself how grateful I am.

And it’s not what I had thought I would have or done by now.

When I moved across the world to attend Film School I wrote down a 5 year plan and it was awesome. It made me smile and get up from my bed with a jolt. In those 5 years I accomplished a lot, yet nothing that was on the plan.

But what I got is that if I had not had that BIG plan, I would not have accomplished what I did either.

You see, I may never reach my dreams, I get that. But while I go for the big targets, the smallest ones, the ones that make my life fun and fulfilling, those get taken care of easily.

So I did say I wanted to be a movie director. I moved to the United States, I went to a top film school and ended up producing musicals with people I have always loved.

Dr. Dain Heer says “It never looks like what you think it’s going to look like”. So I am not attached to my dreams because it will show up differently.

But I don’t let the little details of this reality (I don’t know how? how much time will it take? etc….) slow me down. I always go for it. And I sound crazy, I sound like I am fantasizing. Who cares? I am having fun and I am creating an amazing life in the meantime.

To me, that’s a BIG win!
